Wiener malt, also known as Vienna malt, is slightly darker than Pilsner malt and contributes to an amber-colored beer.
Vienna malt, among others, is used for Pale Ale bitter, Vienna, Blonde Ale, Golden Ale, Märzen, Porter, and Stout beers.
