Spelt malt

Spelt is a primitive type of wheat that has been cultivated in Europe for 7000 years. Spelt malt provides a pale color and a fresh, spicy taste, as well as a full mouthfeel to your beer. Due to its high protein content, spelt can also be used effectively for foam stabilization.

Applied in, among others: Spelt beer, saisons, and multigrain beers.
